To the U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern Directorate of Public Works (DPW) signage portal.

The U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern DPW is responsible for providing and installing permanent and mobile identification signs, directional signs, and markings essential for the functional requirements of the installation.  Additionally, the DPW also provides boundary, building number, restricted area, room number, safety, and security related signage. Signs and markings for advertising or display, special functions, motivation, or operational purposes such as those used in connection with training exercises or recruitment, are not the responsibility of the DPW. 

Customers request signage by sending a memorandum or Email to their respective Installation Coordinator’s office. The IC office will validate the requirement before submitting the request to the DPW.  Normally, it takes 2-4 weeks to prepare and install a sign depending upon the complexity of the sign and workload.
